PeachesIndigoBoy I Love This Song. Not Only Because The Music And Vocals Are Beautiful, The Lyrics Are Thought And Emotion Provoking(All Which Are Lacking In Almost, if not, All "main stream" music), But Also, This Song Speaks Deeply To Me Because I Went Through Much That Is Sung About. I Will Be Buying The Entire Album And Many More Very Soon. I Have Found My New Favorite Artist. Thank You Mr. Mura.

lyrics

Lost my car my job apartment and began to run amok
Lost my sanity and finally my girlfriend got fed up
So i ended up on the freeway playing chicken with a truck
‘till a pair of nice policemen came along and picked me up
Before i was struck

Went to Ireland stopped taking all my pills and i gave up
Smoking too much hash i lost myself again and i got stuck
I was sent to an asylum hearing voices in lockup
And when i tried to resist i was straight jacketed and struck
Call it luck

I remember hearing Hitler laugh as i knelt down to pray
I remember hearing Jesus say he could not heal my pain
I remember Satan saying i would never get away
I remember when god told me she was actually insane
All in my brain

For sixteen weeks i did not speak I'd nothing left to say
I remember some experiences i cannot convey
I remember how the universe was all about decay
I kept searching in my mind i hoped I'd find a passageway
To being okay

Now it has been three years and things are finally looking up
I have my sanity my dignity my music and no crutch
I've never been so centered with no signs of cracking up
After being so far away so long I'm finally in touch
Call it luck
